With these accounts you get a customized listings retrieval system which includes an Excel For Windows workbook. This workbook automates the task of updating your database and can be tailored to fit your needs. See this system in Action. Please note that this is a work-in-progess prototype and there are only a limited number of examples.

The Custom Real Estate Account also comes with a mortgage calculator and amortizor script. This allows your visitors to calculate the payment amounts on mortgages. You can try it here.

To complete the set for our Realtor and Mortgage Broker clients, we will soon be including a script to determine how much a prospective borrower may borrow.
