  • Guided Client Interface with Required Questions: Glide uses a simple, familiar feeling, question & answer style interface to guide sellers through the disclosure forms, requiring an answer to every question and an explanation for every “yes” before the client can submit the form. 

  • Contextual Help: Individual home sellers likely don’t understand all the intricacies of their home referenced in the disclosure form - and often look to their agent for guidance on specific questions.  Glides contextual help provides images, explanations, and other assets designed to help sellers answer questions on their own. 

  • Text Overflow & Addendums: When using traditional forms, home sellers often feel stymied trying to fit their full explanation into the text boxes required and find the addendum processing confusing and/or difficult to manage.  Glide takes the work out of addendums by allowing the seller to provide as much context as possible within the response box, and auto-generating the appropriate addendums and references. 

Disclosure Information Advisory

Within Glide’s platform, the Disclosure Information Advisory is delivered to the client, and signed, before the client fills out their disclosure forms, 100% of the time.  Glide’s audit trail also provides a time-stamped record of when the Information Advisory was delivered and accepted by the seller.

Broker Dashboard

Glide’s Broker Dashboard lets you see everything that’s going on in your organization’s Glide account.  You can see all transactions happening at the brokerage and where they are in the process.
