Required Questions

When a seller uses Glide to prepare their seller disclosure forms, the Glide interface will not let them submit the form until every question has been answered and every question with a “yes” answer has an explanation.  

This means that the days of chasing down home sellers for missing answers or explanations are over because every seller disclosure is returned completed the first time. 

Auto-Tabbing with DocuSign  Integration

Glide’s DocuSign integration allows you to create DocuSign envelopes from within Glide itself, with all the party information automatically passed over.  The documents in these envelopes will be auto-populated with all signature and initial tabs, separated by party. Plus, you can send the envelope from Glide and track its signature status from pending to complete right from the transaction screen.  The signed document then automatically syncs to the Glide transaction.

You’ll no longer have to manually place signature tabs, saving you time and making sure sending documents for signature is a snap. 

.pdf Splitting

We’ve all had this happen - you receive documents you need for a transaction but instead of receiving them as separate files, you get one enormous 200+ page .pdf.  Now it’s time to settle in and manually pull the individual documents apart, right? Glide’s new Splitting capabilities can make this happen in an instant. When you upload a merged .pdf, Glide automatically detects where the split points should be by comparing what’s been uploaded with an extensive library of forms and documents used in the real estate process.  These new individual files will be available in the Documents folder inside your transaction. 

Progress Tracking & Reminders

You can see everything the home seller does on a transaction in real time - from logging in to answering questions to submitting a completed form.  This allows you to see all work on a transaction in one place so you’re always up to date.
