Tech Tip: How Glide Integrates with the Tech Tools You Already Use

Okay, you’ve decided that Glide’s guided interface, inline help, and easy to manage transaction dashboard is going to make your - and your home sellers’ lives - better.  Next question: how does Glide work with the tech tools you’re already using? 

Here’s what you need to know: 

zipForm is the go-to resource for accessing blank California Association of Realtor forms. Linking your Glide account and your zipForm account allow you to pass documents seamlessly between the two systems.  Glide generates completed forms (like the TDS and SPQ), these can be pushed to the zipForm transaction. You can also pull any form from the zipForm library to your Glide transaction and include it in your completed disclosure package when the disclosure package is sent for signature. 

Linking Glide and zipForm allows you to use the best of both systems - Glide’s user-friendly, intuitive interface, transaction management tools, and superior home seller experience with the depth of forms available within zipForm.

DocuSign is one of the most popular digital signature software available; it is often used to gather signatures during the transaction process. 

DocuSign is also fully integrated with Glide - and you can send documents for signatures through DocuSign from within Glide’s transaction management screen.  When sending documents through DocuSign from Glide, there are a couple of built-in, time-saving features. The most popular is the automatic placement of the signature and initial tabs on the document.  Glide knows where the tabs go on all the most important documents and will place those tabs for you.  

When documents are signed, they will automatically appear within the documents list associated with the transaction.
